Randall Kessler

Born in Gainesville, Florida and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana; Attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Received Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1985; Attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and received law degree in 1988; Proficient in Spanish and Hebrew. 

Barry P. Schwarz

Born in Atlanta, Georgia; Attended  Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and Corpus Christi College, Oxford University, in Oxford, England receiving dual Bachelor of Sciences undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University in International Business Management and in Accounting in 1986; Worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers in Los Angeles from 1986-89; Attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia receiving a law degree in 1992. 

Marvin Solomiany 

Attended The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan receiving a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree with distinction in Political Science; Attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia receiving a law degree; Member of Moot Court Society; Fluent in English and Spanish.  Mr. Solomiany joined Kessler & Schwarz, P.C. in 1995 and became a partner in 2003.

Louis Tesser

Born in Athens, Georgia;  Attended Clarke University in Worcester, Massachusetts receiving a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree  in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) in 1990; Received a Masters of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1993; Attended William & Mary receiving a law degree in May, 1996.

Kimberli Reagan

Born in  Chesterfield, Missouri; Attended The University of Virginia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree  in Sociology in May 1997; Attended George Washington Law School in Washington, D.C.,  receiving a law degree in May, 2000.

Susanne Wherry

Born in  Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  Attended Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2001.  Received Barrister's Award for Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy.

Sarah McCormack

Born in Atlanta, Georgia; Attended The University of Virginia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in May 1997; Attended The University of North Carolina Law School in Chapel Hill,  receiving a law degree in May, 2001, cum laude. Sarah was a member of the University of North Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
