Mississippi Child Support


Mississippi child support is based upon official guidelines for the calculation of child support. In calculating support, a Mississippi Court may make an award that it finds to be just and equitable. Where both parents have income or financial resources, each may be required to provide child support in a manner proportionate to their relative financial ability.
