Georgia Child Custody
Georgia child custody may be granted
to either party based upon the best
interests of the child. A Hawaii Court will consider the following factors:
-
the wishes of the child (considering the child's age and
maturity. If a child is 14 years old or older, the child shall have the
right to select the parent with whom he desires to live, and such selection
shall be controlling unless the parent is not fit);
-
the safety of the child; and
-
any history of domestic abuse.
