William P. Deni, Sr. received his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law is 1972 after receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree from Widener University in 1969. Mr. Deni was admitted to the New Jersey Bar Association as well at the United States District Court of New Jersey Bar Association in 1972.

Mr. Deni is a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section and the New Jersey Family Inn of Court (Master).
