Ms. Shartrand received her bachelor's degree from SUNY Cortland, Magna Cum Laude, in 1982 and her Law Degree from Albany Law School in 1985. She currently maintains a matrimonial law practice with Shartrand and Shartrand and a divorce mediation practice, Divorce and Family Mediation Center.
Ms. Shartrand is a member of the New York State Divorce and Family Mediation Council and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
